Obviously I'm late to this party, but I'd adore for flights out of AMS to resume. Preferably to BOS but that is entirely a personal thing. I flew EC AMS-JFK and back once when that was still being done, and thought the experience was marvellous even if my outbound leg was moved back a day.

Please introduce a route from Amsterdam to Newark. Since the take-over of my company by a NJ-based, many many Dutch people fly to Newark and many NJ-colleagues to Amsterdam. Unfortunately, flying from JFK is time-consuming and sometimes even not allowed. Changing to Newark and cutting a deal with the parent company will almost guarantee busy flights!

Hello Dale

First let me start by saying me and my wife love your airline and were very sad when the amsterdam-flights stopped.
But for the new route, that should be an easy decision.
Brussels is by far the best choice ! Brussels is the HQ for the European Community. Also the NATO-headquarters is located near Brussels. So there is and will be a lot of government and bussiness-travel from that area.
Within a range of 150 miles you can reach customers in 4 countries (Belgium, Luxemburg, The Netherlands and Germany) who are all accustomed flying from airports as Schiphol or Cologne or Dortmund. Brussels has a open-minded attitude when it comes to letting foreign airlines fly from the airport, contrary to Germany !
So your best bet, imho, is Brussels. 40 millio of europe's wealthiest consumers and bussinessmen are within reach.
And it's only 45 minutes from Brussels to London or Paris, either by high-speed train or flight, so connections would not be a problem at all.

Good luck on your decision,

kind regards
