The Unique All Business Class Airline

We’re turning two!

Wow, our second anniversary!  Seems like yesterday our little airline started all-business class service between Paris and New York (and in some ways… maybe not). They have been two tough years! But we are not only still standing, we’ve started to grow. Some say, the more difficult the task the greater the reward. This makes me hopeful.

To our 155,000+ passengers we’ve flown, I want to extend my personal heartfelt gratitude for your active support and encouragement. Recent market research has told us 97% of you would recommend OpenSkies to your friends and family. This is incredibly rewarding to hear.

To my teammates, my deepest respect for your never ending commitment to the company, what we can become and never giving up believing.

Lastly to my family, thanks for putting up with my crazy travel and time away. Without their love, I would be nowhere.

Our mission is not to just survive, but to continue offering a superior product at a better price and keep customers coming back for more. Looking forward to another successful year ahead!

Best,

Dale

We just had two great flights on Open Skies and I wanted to let you know about the outbound flight from Dulles to Orly on June 6th. Bob Stevenot and his crew were exceptional. My wife and I very much appreciated his efforts and kindness. You will be very successful with people like Bob.

The food on the outbound flight was good, but that was not the case on the return from Orly on June 18th. You might want to look into that.

Again, a very special thank you to Bob.

    Happy Birthday OpenSkies!!!

It is good to see you starting to grow again with the addition of your flights to Washington.

I have read with interest the press release that was issued for to coincide with your birthday and have a few questions??

    1. It says you plan to open a new route later this year. Does this mean that OpenSkies will add another 757 to the fleet??.

    2. Do OpenSkies have any future plans to operate with a standard 64 or 84 seat configuration on all 4 aircraft??

    3. OpenSkies have an established operation at Newark. Could you not use Newark as your next hub, rather than a european airport?

I realize you are very busy but if you can answer any of my questions I would be grateful

    Regards

Happy Birthday, and here’s hoping you will have many more. My family just traveled in mid-June using Open Skies for the first time and definitely thought it was a premium experience. A couple of suggestions to improve service performance:

    1) The Orly Lounge needs a lot of work and should be kept tidy.

    2) Don’t let babies under two fly in a parent’s lap.
