It's natural for any business to consolidate and move towards greater efficiency. I'm sure under the right economic conditions you will be back at JFK. Welcome to Newark Liberty!

I still hope you will share with us some advice on how to get to Newark quickly and easily. In the meantime, I just came across this survey that places EWR at the bottom of airports in America:

Can you share with us some of the things that Open Skies is doing to make visiting Newark a better experience for its passengers?

I'm looking forward to my next trip on Open Skies!

Sincerely,

It is awful that you are not flying out of JFK anymore. Flying out of EWR is not great for our business. We fly artists in from Paris and having to get to Newark is a pain and costly and quite honestly we won't do it. I hope you come back to JFK soon! For me personally, I will probably still make the trek to Newark for my personal flight but only if I do not have enough miles to upgrade on other airlines. Cost of cabs to Newark do not make it cost effective.

Hi, a great idea to fly from EWR, because many passenger have to connect in EWR -comming from other citys, including myself. It is much easier to fly to EWR than to JFK.
In Europa, also consider Amsterdam.
Best regards and good luck. Dieter

Leaving from Newark to Orly it's perfect, the return not as much: being late in the evening, not too many commuting flights, when from JFK a pletora of it.

Hi Dale -

Thank you for explaining the consolidation to one airport; that certainly makes a lot of sense and it explains why I could not find the flights out of JFK! If you folks know of any easy ways to get from JFK to EWR, please share that with your JFK customers. I'm sure you die-hard New Yorkers know lots of tricks that us mountain dwellers have no chance of figuring out without a little help.

I wish you and your coworkers all the best in the New Year and thank you for explaining things!

Sincerely,

John Canning

i am very saddened and disappointed that JFK is not an option any more. For those living on Long Island,to get to EWR means going through NYC rush hour one way or another.
I have been flying with L'avion ever since it started 01/06 or 07 ? and really enjoyed it. Orly is such a great little airport, and l'avion or openskies have been great flying experiences.
We have many French relatives who have thrilled with your airline and wish you are going to be back soon to JFK

Please come back to JFK !
