Dear Sirs,

I am surprised at the lack of communication between OPEN SKIES and your parent company BA.
I have just found this article at this address.

It seems to me to be just the sort of product that you should be offering your customers especially as you only fly to two US cities. Also you should look at the same sort of product for customers in Europe.
