I love the OpenSkies Web site and the seats look spectacular. It looks like OpenSkies has "Jetiquette" built in to every aspect of the airline, no matter which cabin you book. I'm interested to hear about your plans to reduce packaging waste - it's always incredible to see how many plastic covers / wraps etc are thrown away during meal service on a regular long-haul flight. On a recent trans-Atlantic flight with bmi I was impressed with their on-board chef; a member of cabin crew who is also a trained chef (try asking for a boiled egg... (s)he will be able to get it for you just how you like it :) Any plans to have a member of on-board crew who can cook or prepare food to order? Tasty.
