All a part of the process.
I’ve been reading through the comments posted and just love the fact that so many of you are interested in the details of our launch. Wil wants to know when flights can be booked. Dustin asks where we will be flying from in the US. And Linda is interested to know if Boston is on our flight plans.
One of the big steps of launching a new airline is getting regulatory approval. We’ve submitted our applications to the UK and US authorities (actually did it just today), so the process is in motion. And it’s a process we respect. So while I’m anxious to answer your specific questions, I’m holding off until everything is finalized and signed-off. When it is, then we can get into the details many of you are asking about.
In the meantime, keep checking back here. I’ll keep you posted on our plans as they evolve, the process and our progress.

Paris ORY to New York JFK on an 82 seat B752 providing an “exceptional travel experience” with a “cosmopolitan feel” and five cabin crew.
Sounds intriguing.

Dale – all this sounds great, but if you’re having all these fantastic ideas about onboard service, how about talking to ‘the parents’ at BA and getting them to take on some?

Hello,
I’m happy to know that open sky is close to be enter in service, I’m interesting also to know when service starts from Milan MXP to the USA, because I’m a frequent traveller of BA
Best regards,
Marco

You talk about having this new plane and covering New York to Europe. What about covering us Canadians from Toronto Airport to Faro Airport in Portugal, with no stops or stay overs in London? The schedule now makes it a very long journey and also more expensive, that is why my husband and I have not travelled to Portugal with B.A. since 2005 and we are now losing our BA miles. We travelled with you to Portugal (Lisbon) for many years but we are now much older 82 years old and need easy travel.

Hi,
I think that Open Skies will be a great airline! Will Philadelphia be a destination? Philadelphia compacts all of the United States history all in one place. Everywhere you look there is some piece of history. Pick the history capital of the world for a destination…and trust me, you wont go broke.
