Is the concierge team something that is working out? Do people really need to speak to someone after booking? Just curious as it seems a wacky idea! Obviously if it's working, then that's great.

Dear Dale: I live in Stuart, Florida (Treasure Coast, 30 miles north of West Palm Beach and 90 from Miami), and was very interested when reading information about your airline to see that you are considering flights from the US to Milan. On April 1st, the only non-stop flight between Miami and Milan Malpensa was cancelled by Alitalia; I used to take that flight pretty often and it was always full, so it is beyond any reason why they cancel it. Isn't this a great oportunity for Open Skies to satisfy a need and provide an exclusive service from one of the most sought-after holiday and bussiness spots in the US?
Also, I have had some excellent experience with a personal shopper in Milan; if you are planning to open Milan as a route, who should this person contact to be considered by your concierge team?
Thanks for listening and good luck!!

Yes, this is incorrect. Northwest, US Air, and Delta are other airlines which have been using 757's on trans-Atlantic flights. The advent of the 'blended winglet' has allowed for longer range flights such as what OpenSkies will also be participating in.

Hi,

I always thought the B757 wasn't a plane designed to do intercontinental flights? Am I wrong?
