On April 1st, the only non-stop flight between Miami and Milan Malpensa was cancelled by Alitalia; I used to take that flight pretty often and it was always full, so it is beyond any reason why they cancel it. Isn't this a great oportunity for Open Skies to satisfy a need and provide an exclusive service from one of the most sought-after holiday and bussiness spots in the US? Also, I have had some excellent experience with a personal shopper in Milan; if you are planning to open Milan as a route, who should this person contact to be considered by your concierge team? Northwest, US Air, and Delta are other airlines which have been using 757's on trans-Atlantic flights.
